1. Please telephone first to make sure the Cottage Is available for the Week(s) you wish to hire and make a provisional booking. Telephone bookings are held for three days only which should give you enough time to send us by Post a filled in & printed Booking Form along with your deposit of £100.00 pr/week . The Booking form is the second link in the left column.

2. £100.00 per week deposit to secure your reservation, to arrive by Post within three days of your provisional telephone booking, and sent to the Address below.

3. Please Note: £100.00 per week Security Deposit on arrival (In Cash). This amount is to be refunded by cheque one week after your departure by post subject to the property being left as found. Any breakage's, damage or excessive cleaning required will be notified to you and the cost deducted accordingly.

4. Payment: The remainder of the balance to be paid In full please, Three Weeks prior to your arrival date, and sent to the Address below.

5. Arrivals & Departure Times: Saturday to Saturday, Visitors are requested to arrive No earlier than 3.00pm on the day of arrival and are requested to leave No later than 10.00am on the day of departure.

6. Conditions: Sorry no Pets. No Smoking. Bed linen provided. Electric & LPG Gas Included In price. Families & Couples only.
